Mmmm-mmmm... this place is our favorite! Deliciously smoked ribs with your choice of standard sauces, or one of their picks of the day like maple-brown sugar, or blueberry-chipotle, plus all of the southern side items you could ask for including the best jalapeno cheese grits you've ever tasted! 12 Bones is only open Monday through Friday, from 11:00 to 4:00 so be sure to get there early. You don't want to miss it!

Located in downtown Asheville, ED's offers 14 custom sauces to compliment their tasty dishes. True to Asheville form they also offer a number of vegetarian dishes and have live entertainment. ED Boudreaux's is open late and is a popular watering hole for the locals.
