While brunch may not exactly be a style of cuisine, we decided it still deserved its own section because brunch is huge in Asheville. A delicious combination of breakfast and lunch, served with mimosas and bloody marys, lingered over with family and friends... what could be better? In Asheville, brunch has become and art form and gives us new reason to look forward to Sundays. Place your pointer over any of the markers on the map for more information.

Located in West Asheville, Sunny Point is a hip restaurant, and a personal favorite, with some very creative takes on traditional breakfast fare like the Savory French Toast and cornmeal griddle cakes. They have indoor and outdoor dining, a super friendly staff and giant mimosas, aptly named megamosas. They also have a great lunch and dinner menu.

Blue Ridge Dining Room (Grove Park Inn)

290 Macon Avenue
Asheville, NC 28804
Nothing is ever ordinary at the Grove Park Inn. Their Blue Ridge Dining Room is nestled in the tree tops, overlooking the beautiful GPI golf course, the downtown area, and the surrounding mountains. It is hard to decide which is bigger, the Smoky Mountains or the mountains of food in the buffet. While brunch is a bit pricier here than other places, about $35.00 per person, you certainly get what you pay for. Table after table is loaded with food. They have soup, salad and sushi stations, cold seafood selections chilled with impressive ice sculptures, a carving station, omelet station, bread and desert stations, and much, much more.

The Tupelo Honey Cafe is located right downtown with an indoor dining room filled with Southern charm and an outdoor patio that is perfect for people watching. For the better part of a decade they have been serving traditional Southern food with a contemporary twist like the shrimp served over goat cheese grits with a spicy red pepper sauce. They are also open for lunch and dinner and in case you don’t make it to brunch, their breakfast menu is served all day.
