This is one of our favorite restaurants. It has been thriving in Asheville for 27 years so I don’t think we're alone. The menu, which usually includes steak, seafood, and a vegetarian dish, is continually changing based on which locally produced ingredients are fresh and available.

This Mediterranean wine and tapas bar is so much fun. As is traditional in Spain, the portions are small and each plate is meant for sharing. The appetizer sized servings really allow you to explore their extensive menu. Zambra’s ambiance is very cool and pleasantly exotic. The frequently have live musicians performing acoustic flamenco and the like.
