62 North Lexington
Asheville, NC 28801
Website

The owner of Bouchon, Michel Baudouin, has enjoyed great success in the restaurant business. Luckily for us he and his family fell in love with Asheville while visiting and decided to move here and open a restaurant.

Aside from the regular menu items, like the lobster ravioli, Buchon offers different soups, salads, crepes, quiches, pastas, and fish daily, so eating there three or four times a week is completely reasonable. Also, they have some of the best mussels we’ve ever tasted!
